Lift Yoga + Body Alpharetta

Highly recommend this yoga studio! I’ve been a regular for about 4-5 months and have loved the hot yoga classes I take. The instructors are very welcoming and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they provide modifications for those who may not be as experienced. If you’re looking for a yoga studio, highly recommend Lift yoga.

Lift has been my home yoga place ever since I moved to Alpharetta. I really enjoyed Megan’s hot power yoga, and she was phenomenal. I like some of the other classes and instructors, but no one seems match Megan’s skill set and energy. Please hire another yoga instructor as great as her!

Always the best yoga in Alpharetta, John's Creek and Dunwoody. Lori, who owns the business, is terrific and knows what her students want. I do yoga all over the country and this studio is absolutely tops, you must try it!

Did the monthly payment for a while for unlimited classes and since they don’t have a cancel option online in your account settings, it said to email to cancel which I did a few days before my payment was due. I STILL have not received an email back and they charged me again. Outside of that, I am not a fan of their customer service in general and found the employees to be extremely rude. Wish I spent my money elsewhere EDIT: My subscription was canceled within minutes of writing this review so clearly they have access to their emails. I tried calling multiple times from both google and from the number on their website and all the automated voice message said was to look online for the class schedule and for more information. Makes it impossible to reach you guys but enjoy my extra $140 I guess!

Words can't do it justice! Nothing better than investing in yourself. My driving improved from yoga 😂 I know that sounds crazy but it is 100% true. I left another studio to come here. Some studios get repetitive, but not here. Some of these teachers make it feel like an improv. They also have ginger candy at the front desk lol Just don't take Twiggy's spot..
